Danuta Zawadzka, Ph.D., Assoc. Prof.

Rector of the Koszalin University of Technology for the 2020-2024 and 2024-2028 terms and vice-chair of the Conference of Rectors of Polish Technical Universities for the 2024-2028 term. Since 2024, she has been a member of the Committee on Finance Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She heads the Department of Finance in the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the Koszalin University of Technology, specializing in corporate finance. During the 2020-2024 term, she was involved in several committees, including the KRASP Committee on Science, the KRASP Committee on Accreditation and Rankings, and served as the Chair of the KRPUT Committee on Education. From 2012 to 2020, she was the Vice-Rector for Education at the Koszalin University of Technology and served on the Accreditation Commission for Technical Universities from 2012 to 2016. She has completed internships at the Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão (Universidade Técnica de Lisboa) in Portugal, the University of Liege in Belgium, and Coventry Technical College in the UK. She has received scholarships from the French Community of Belgium and participated in programs such as Tempus, Socrates - Erasmus, LLP-Erasmus, and CEEPUS. Danuta Zawadzka is a member of the Presidium of the Consortium "Science for the Sea" and actively participates in the council of the Doctoral School of the University of Messina. She also sits on the Council of the Center for Cooperation of University Councils at the Polish Academic and Economic Forum. Additionally, she is involved in the European University EU4Dual, which includes nine universities from the EU, including the Koszalin University of Technology.

Krzysztof Wasilewski, Ph.D., Assoc. Prof.

Associate professor of media studies and political science. Vice-Rector for Education, Head of EU4Dual Local Office, Head of the Regional and European Studies Department at the Faculty of Humanities. Engaged in: WP2, WP3, WP4, WP5. Leader of Lighthouse Research Initiative "Interdisciplinarity in Social Sciences: The European Way of Life".

Błażej Bałasz, Ph.D., Assoc. Prof.

Vice-Rector for Science and Local Leader of WP5. Holds a doctorate in technical sciences and is a professor at Koszalin University of Technology in the Department of Technical and Information Systems Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. His research interests revolve around Industry 4.0, particularly the use of big data for machine and equipment diagnostics and industrial process modeling and simulation, and process design.

Katarzyna Kaleta, MA

M.A. in English Studies, International Projects Coordinator, EU4Dual Project Manager.

Mirosław Wesołowski, Ph.D., Assoc. Prof.

Co-Leader of Work Package 3. The area of scientific and research activities encompasses issues pertaining to the utilization of an inverse technique for identifying the elastic and dynamic properties of composite structures.

Aleksandra Zając, MA

M.A. in International Relations, International Mobility Coordinator, Engaged in Work Package 6 – Enabling Seamless Mobility.

Igor Walczak, MA

Graduate of Journalism and European Studies. Currently a student at the Doctoral School of Koszalin University of Technology in the discipline of Political Science and Administration. Involved in the activities of WP5.

Ewa Łuczak, MA

Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Bialystok, with extensive experience in administrative work in Poland and abroad. Employed at the Education Department of the Koszalin University of Technology to implement the results of activities undertaken under the EU4Dual project.

Joanna Stankiewicz-Majkowska, MA

Senior lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages at Koszalin University of Technology. English teacher with a keen interest in ESP (English for Specific Purposes), Technology Enhanced Learning and swimming. Participant in Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Training and Staff Teaching Mobility. Involved in the Language Resources Portal task, which is part of WP6.

Edyta Halista-Telus, MA

Assistant at the Faculty of Humanities in the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Studies at KUT. Research interests: school, peer mediation, children's rights, school violence, sociotherapy for children and adolescents, soft skills. In the process of writing a PhD dissertation in the area of children and adolescents' right to social participation.

Aneta Hapka, Ph.D.

A dedicated academic with over 25 years of experience, affiliated with the Koszalin University of Technology since 2000. Holds an MSc in Electronics and Telecommunications (Medical Technology Systems) and a PhD in Technical Sciences (Electronics). Currently serves as the Dean’s Plenipotentiary for Science and Development, Head of the Department of Computer Engineering, and CEEPUS Academic Exchange Coordinator at the Faculty of Electronics and Computer Science. Actively involved in national cybersecurity initiatives. Engaged in WP4 activities.

Klaudia Kajak, MA

Head of Communications at Koszalin University of Technology. Graduate of English Philology and European Studies. Employed at the Public Relations Office of KUT, focusing on the promotion of the university’s initiatives in terms of project-related activities.

Anna Szczepańska-Przekota, Ph.D.

An economist and academic affiliated with the Koszalin University of Technology. Since 2018, she has served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance. Her research focuses on financial markets, behavioral finance, agricultural economics, and financial education. She established the Stock Exchange School Center and the Financial & Stock Market Laboratory at the University. She serves as the Rector’s Plenipotentiary for Student Internships and collaborates with key financial institutions, including XTB S.A., the GPW Foundation, and Santander Bank Polska. Engaged in Business Outreach Committee activities.

Krzysztof Dziadek, Ph.D.

Vice-Dean for Student Affairs at the Faculty of Economic Sciences (since 2024). Holds a Ph.D. in the discipline of Economics and Finance. Employed at the Department of Finance as an Assistant Professor. President of the Koszalin Branch of the Polish Economic Society (since 2024). Research interests include: tax systems in the EU, corporate tax burdens, non-financial reporting, sustainability reports, and the impact of ESG criteria on companies’ financial performance. Local-Leader of Work Package 7.

Żaklina Kamińska, MA

Graduate of Psychology and English Studies. Currently working at the University IT Center. Engaged in WP4 and WP8 activities.

Michał Postek, MA

M.A in Computer Science, involved in the activities of WP8.
