Anna Szczepańska-Przekota, Ph.D.
An economist and academic affiliated with the Koszalin University of Technology. Since 2018, she has served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance. Her research focuses on financial markets, behavioral finance, agricultural economics, and financial education. She established the Stock Exchange School Center and the Financial & Stock Market Laboratory at the University. She serves as the Rector’s Plenipotentiary for Student Internships and collaborates with key financial institutions, including XTB S.A., the GPW Foundation, and Santander Bank Polska. Engaged in Business Outreach Committee activities.

Krzysztof Dziadek, Ph.D.
Vice-Dean for Student Affairs at the Faculty of Economic Sciences (since 2024). Holds a Ph.D. in the discipline of Economics and Finance. Employed at the Department of Finance as an Assistant Professor. President of the Koszalin Branch of the Polish Economic Society (since 2024). Research interests include: tax systems in the EU, corporate tax burdens, non-financial reporting, sustainability reports, and the impact of ESG criteria on companies’ financial performance. Local-Leader of Work Package 7.
